You will translate customer needs and vehicle symptoms into actionable service recommendations, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.Compensation Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annuallyJob Responsibilities*** Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.* Conduct thorough walk-arounds of vehicles with customers to identify additional service needs and explain recommended repairs.* Prepare accurate and transparent service estimates, explaining the scope of work, parts required, and labor costs.* Communicate regularly with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs, any unexpected issues, and estimated completion times.* Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs, acting as a liaison between the customer and the shop.* Process service orders, generate invoices, and handle customer payments accurately.* Maintain comprehensive customer records and vehicle service history.* Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and accessories as appropriate.* Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.Job Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary degree or certification in automotive technology or a related field is a plus.* Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.* Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.* Proficiency in using automotive service software and point-of-sale systems.* Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical customers.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.* A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rapp SubSuper, LLC dba Bill Rapp Subaru
