This is a non‑tenure‑eligible faculty position focused on excellence in teaching, clinical education, and program development. Responsibilities Deliver year‑round teaching, assessment, and advisement of PA students in both didactic and clinical phases of the curriculum. Participate in student admissions, program evaluation, and curriculum planning. Support ongoing program accreditation through continuous review and assessment. Engage in scholarship, research, and professional development activities. Contribute to the program’s clinical training curriculum, including development, implementation, and evaluation of student clinical rotations. Qualifications Required Master’s or doctoral degree from a regionally accredited university in a discipline relevant to PA education. Graduate of an accredited PA program or medical school. National PA certification. Eligible for Illinois state licensure to practice as a PA. Preferred Demonstrated teaching experience in a college/university‑based PA program. Experience with problem‑based learning. Compensation Base salary range: $114,000 – $159,000 per year.
