Together, we create an environment where you can grow, contribute, and help improve the experience and outcomes for every patient we serve.**Hours:*** ## Mix of 8:15am-5:00pm and 12:15pm-9:00pm and occasional Saturday hours of 8:00am-1:00pm.* ## Some traveling may be required between our offices as well.**Benefits:*** Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance.* Access to a mental health benefit at no cost.* Employer provided life and disability insurance.* $5,250 Tuition Reimbursement per year.* Immediate 401(k) match.* 40 hours paid volunteer time off.* A culture committed to community engagement and social impact.* Up to 12 weeks parental leave at 100% pay and a financial benefit for adoption and surrogacy for non-physician team members once eligibility requirements are met.## Responsibilities:* ## Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs and collecting health history* ## Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes and other first aid procedures* ## Certified medical assistants may assist with immunizations or injections* ## Assist patients with prescription requests, address pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, update charting and filing* ## Conduct onsite lab testing to include: EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose and urine pregnancy tests* ## Maintains clean, warm and inviting examination rooms for patient visits* ## Provide excellent customer service exemplifying Duly Health and Care CARE values* ## Some travel to assist other local clinics may be required## Qualifications:* ## High school diploma or GED required* ## Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or higher education courses in health sciences or related experience required* ## Several of our clinical specialties including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Family Practice, require active medical assistant certification through one of the following:* ## American Medical Technologists (AMT)* ## National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)* ## National Healthcareer Association (NHA)* ## American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA)* ## American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)* ## CPR certification or willing to become certified upon hire required* ## May require phlebotomy certification to be completed within 90 days of hire* ## Prior experience working as an MA, CMA, CNA, EMT or 2 years of prior experience working in a medical office assisting with patient care#### The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $21.43-23.63 for a Medical Assistant; Certified or Registered Medical Assistant the base pay range is $22.97-24.57, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
