Full-Time | Partnership Track

$325,000 – $500,000+ Total Compensation

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established, physician-led ophthalmology group seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with a cataract surgery focus to join their growing team.

These openings are driven by physician retirements and increasing patient demand , offering the opportunity to step into an established patient base with immediate surgical volume .

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care with a focus on cataract surgery
• Perform high-quality cataract and refractive procedures
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ocular conditions
• Collaborate with subspecialty colleagues across a multispecialty network
• Contribute to a patient-centered, high-quality clinical environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $325K – $500K+ total earning potential
• Base salary + production bonuses

Qualifications

• MD or DO – Ophthalmology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Cataract / anterior segment focus preferred
• Strong surgical and clinical skills
• Patient-centered, collaborative mindset
