Physical Therapist

Sigma Rehab is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team and support our mission of delivering high-quality, innovative rehabilitation care. In this role, you will provide evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse caseload, helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and achieve optimal recovery outcomes following injury, surgery, or illness. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment, you will perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance and gait training, and patient education.

As a Physical Therapist at Sigma Rehab, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, maintaining accurate and timely documentation within our electronic medical record system, and tracking measurable outcomes to continuously improve patient care. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational and speech therapists, and other members of the care team to coordinate treatment plans and ensure continuity of care across the rehabilitation continuum. You will actively engage patients and their families in the rehabilitation process, clearly explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and home exercise programs to support long-term success and independence.
