Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading provider of building maintenance and facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting commercial and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Omaha, NE
Shift: M-F , 8-5pm
Pay rate: $33/hr- $35/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Conduct inspections of property interior and exterior areas, including structural components and lighting systems
• Respond effectively to emergencies and support after-hours building activities as needed
• Prepare detailed reports on work conditions and recommend corrective actions to management

What's Needed?

• Universal EPA Certification
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Valid state driver's license and ability to maintain it
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Availability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required
