Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY

Schedule:
Days, 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details:
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Active nursing license
- Experience in critical care nursing

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients based on established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient care records.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contributes to a positive team environment.
