Automotive Dispatcher – Service Department
Location: BMW of Ridgefield | Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

Help Drive an Exceptional Service Experience

BMW of Ridgefield is seeking an organized and customer-focused Automotive Dispatcher to support the daily operations of our Service Department. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, maximizing technician productivity, and helping ensure every customer receives the premium experience expected from the BMW brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily flow of the service drive
• Dispatch repair orders and distribute work efficiently among technicians
• Monitor technician productivity and shop capacity
• Support customer inquiries and provide a high level of service
• Communicate effectively with Advisors, Technicians, and Management
• Help ensure available technician time is utilized efficiently

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Clean and valid driver's license
