Entry Level In-home Caregiver

SRX Home Care, LLC, operating under the Happier At Home brand, is currently looking for compassionate and dependable Beginner In-home Caregivers to join our team in Northeast Iowa and the surrounding areas. As a Beginner In-home Caregiver, you will assist seniors and individuals in maintaining their independence and comfort by providing support with daily activities. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career in caregiving while making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. You will work under the guidance of experienced staff to ensure that clients receive respectful and personalized care tailored to their needs. Responsibilities: Assist clients with basic personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help with meal preparation and feeding if needed. Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean living environment. Provide companionship and support social engagement. Assist with transportation to appointments and errands. Follow care plans and report any changes in the client’s condition to supervisors. Qualifications: 1-2 years of caregiving experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and follow care plans and safety procedures.
