: Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Murfreesboro TN (1 hr SE of Nashville)Urgently Hiring We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team full time in Murfreesboro TN to provide onsite and mobile wound care treatment in the area. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with complex wound care needs. Your expertise will be essential in developing comprehensive care plans that align with our holistic approach to patient health. The incoming PA/NP will attend morning team meetings in the office most days prior to traveling to see patients in home/facilities. Must have strong clinical assessment skills, wound care management/debridement experience, be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and wound assessments, develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic wounds.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective wound care.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families/caregivers on wound prevention, care techniques, and self-management.
• Patient care (debridement, dressing changes, advanced care, sharps debridement, non-contact MIST debridement, skin substitute patching, proper filling and dressing usage and orders)
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of wound healing, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay current with advancements in wound care.
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Orders as needed for home health
• Daily in office meetings prior to providing mobile wound care
• Coordination with admin members of team for advanced imaging/prescriptions/records requests/etc.

Requirements:

• PA/NP license in the state of Tennessee
• Experience in wound care management/debridement required
• Travel will be required to provide onsite and mobile wound care treatment
• Certification in wound care preferred
• Knowledge of the latest wound care products and technologies

Schedule:

• Full time Monday - Thursday with occasional Friday
• No Nights/Weekends

Salary (range):

• $135k- $150k plus bonus compensation (~$65-$75/hr)
