Starbucks Barista Position

We are seeking a cheerful and guest-focused Starbucks Barista to join our in-house Starbucks Caf team at The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett. In this role, you'll create handcrafted beverages and memorable moments for each guestdelivering the warmth, care, and energy that define both Starbucks and Concord Hospitality. As a Starbucks Barista, you'll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You'll be in an energetic store environment where you'll have the ability to master your food & beverage craft, work alongside friends and meet new people every day. A cup of coffee and smile can go a long way, and we believe our baristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer's day.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and food items according to Starbucks standards
• Deliver genuine, friendly, and attentive service to every guest
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
• Support back-of-house tasks including restocking, inventory, and product rotation
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies to uphold brand and property standards
• Collaborate with fellow associates to create a positive, inclusive workplace

Requirements

• Passion for coffee and hospitality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Prior barista or food & beverage experience preferred
