Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Your dedication to cleanliness and teamwork will ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly, allowing chefs and food service staff to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in food handling, cleaning, and hospitality operations. Shifts start at 3pm-8pm most nights. Occasionally for events end time will be later.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision.
• Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware and utensils are clean and ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping floors, cleaning work surfaces, and disposing of waste properly throughout your shift.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Familiarity with cleaning dishes, or assisting with food prep is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items occasionally.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary staff and guests.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
