City IT Desktop Support Specialist (On-Call)

Galveston seeks a Desktop Support Specialist to serve as the first line of contact for City staff, troubleshooting hardware and software, and addressing network issues. You will log and track tickets, document solutions, and support IT policies. Travel to sites may be required for non-remote issues. The role requires an Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field with 2 years of desktop support experience, plus TLETS and CJIS certifications and a Texas driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr Galveston
