Accounting Specialist

What You'll Do Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, vendor statements, and general ledger accounts Review invoices, expenses, and financial records for accuracy Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099 reporting Research and resolve discrepancies Support audits and financial reporting Partner with teams across the organization to keep financial operations running smoothly Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency What We're Looking For 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience Working knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software Highly organized with strong attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Multi-entity experience is a plus but not required Why IHS?
