Employment Law Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Law Attorney in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from an ABA-accredited law school. Active bar membership in the state of practice. Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus. Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
