Highlights Location: Bridgeport, CT What You'll Do Collect pertinent data and information relative to the healthcare consumer's health. Analyze assessment data to determine actual and potential diagnoses. Identify expected outcomes for individualized care plans. Develop and modify plans of care to attain expected outcomes. Implement identified care plans and coordinate care delivery. Employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Evaluate progress toward attainment of health outcomes. Requirements Education Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Experience Minimum of one year of acute care RN experience unless participating in the Critical Care Nurse Residency Program. Licenses & Certifications Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut. Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire.
