Remote Senior HR Business Partner, Org Design & Growth

Remote job

Tenstorrent is seeking a Staff HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders across North America on people-related growth, org design, leveling, performance and calibration. You’ll join a small HRBP team, own end-to-end challenges, and help define how the function operates as the company scales.

The role is remote, open to candidates anywhere in the United States or Canada, and offers learning across multiple functions while aligning with level‑based offers during the interview process.
