Emergency Room Physician (Part-Time)

Emergency Medicine Physician This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Primarily 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 AM); approximately 3 shifts per month; occasional 12-hour shifts; Emergency Department with inpatient responsibilities at a Critical Access Hospital Emergency medicine, observation patients, acute inpatient care, swing bed patients, trauma stabilization, and general hospital medicine coverage Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Together Care (Epic) Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with recent Emergency Medicine experience Licensure Required: Active Iowa medical license AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
