We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Rockford, IL location. What You’ll Do As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Service and Parts departments while helping drive growth, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop associates Manage daily Service and Parts operations Monitor productivity and key performance indicators (KPIs) Interview , Hire, onboard, and train new associates Conduct performance reviews and coaching Ensure workplace safety and OSHA compliance Build and maintain strong customer relationships Lead weekly staff and shop meetings Manage schedules, timecards, and on‑call rotations Oversee building, grounds, and equipment maintenance Support continuous improvement initiatives Assist with administrative processes Partner with the sales team to support business growth About Transport Refrigeration, Inc.
