Your New Role

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units and control systems

• Perform equipment startups, RTU replacements, and commercial HVAC inspections

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system issues efficiently

• Complete accurate service documentation and job notes for every assignment

• Communicate system findings and repair recommendations with customers and internal teams

• Coordinate parts and materials needed to complete repairs and service work

• Follow company safety procedures and service standards at commercial job sites

• Participate in rotating daytime weekend on-call coverage

• Travel throughout Denver, Colorado, and surrounding metro areas for commercial service calls

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial HVAC experience required

• Candidates must have experience and be fully trained with VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems

• Residential-only HVAC experience will not be considered

• Experience servicing rooftop units, commercial HVAC systems, startups, and equipment replacements

• Familiarity with commercial building controls and HVAC troubleshooting

• Universal EPA Certification required

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

• Strong proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and service documentation

• Comfortable working independently in commercial environments

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to complete detailed service reports and related documentation consistently
