What You'll Do:

• Administer prescribed occupational therapy treatments to restore function and prevent disability
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Assist patients in reaching maximum performance levels through manual therapy, neuro-rehab techniques, and functional activities
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary, consulting physicians when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes
• Lead and supervise department staff, including assistants and trainees

What You Need:

• Valid occupational therapist license in New Hampshire
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in outpatient or rehabilitative settings
• Proficiency with manual therapy, neuro-rehab, and functional activity techniques
• Strong communication skills and cultural competence

• Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation facilities
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice for common ambulatory clinic pathologies
