Financial Planning Assistant
Location: Colorado Springs, CO or Denver, CO (In-Office, Monday–Friday)
Compensation: $28.85–$33.66/hour (approx. $60,000–$70,000 annualized, DOE) + bonus opportunities + full benefits
We're hiring a Financial Planning Assistant on behalf of our client—a growing wealth management firm.
This firm is built on a client-first approach to comprehensive financial planning, and they're looking for someone who loves the analytical side of planning as much as the people side. If you enjoy turning data into clear, customized strategies and helping advisors deliver real results, we want to talk.

What you bring:
- 1+ year of financial planning experience (required)
- 1+ year working in financial planning software (required)
- CFP® or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Series 6, 65, or 66 (a plus, not required)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
