Crete, Shaffer, and Hunt drivers are paid based on practical miles, meaning drivers are paid for 3–5 percent more total miles per year than companies that pay based on short route miles. Our governed truck speed is 68 MPH on cruise and 65 MPH on pedal, which helps productivity. The most productive 50 percent of our OTR drivers average more than $101,176 annually (over $1,945 weekly) with $0.64 to $0.67 CPM. The top 50% of Hunt Transportation drivers average $93,347 annually.
