About The Role We are hiring a Social Media & Marketing Intern to help run Clouted's own social presence and support the marketing team. You'll work under our Social Media & Content Lead to help post across our four brand channels, ideate and create social-first content for the pages, keep our publishing cadence moving, report on analytics, and pitch in wherever the marketing team needs an extra set of hands. This is a high-agency, fast-paced role for someone who lives and breathes short-form and wants to learn the marketing machine from the inside. What You'll Own Social Media Content Creation : Produce start-to-finish social video for Clouted's brand channels which ranges from on-camera skits, trends, unique character series, etc. Social Channel Support : Help publish and schedule content across Clouted's four brand social channels. Keep the publishing cadence consistent - no gaps, no last-minute scrambles. Analytics & Reporting : Track content and channel performance; pull and report analytics back to the team. Flag what's working and what's not, quickly. Marketing Team Support : Support the marketing team on campaign moments, content, and day-to-day tasks. Contribute proactive ideas - help build the playbook, not just execute briefs. What Success Looks Like Killer social video (TikToks/Reels) and content is produced start-to-finish by this individual each week, with them seeing our channels as a creative canvas for thinking of outside the box skits, stunts, videos, etc. in an effort to grow Clouted's name strategically. The Marketing Team receives a weekly brief of new trends happening on the platform, ideas for new content to shoot, and retro of what content we published last week & our learnings for future content. Clouted's channels stay active, consistent, and on-brand week over week with high-quality content. Analytics reporting is timely and actually informs decisions. The marketing team has a reliable, high-agency partner who moves fast. The right person earns an expanded role - more hours, more ownership, more comp. Take pride in owning your output without hand-holding. Thrive in a startup environment where things move fast. Requirements High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do next. A portfolio or examples of social content - required. Link it or don't apply. Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form best practices. Not afraid of being "cringe" on camera for skits, videos, etc. Comfortable being on-camera and can create different "characters" they act as on camera. Able to turn-around some content pieces quickly (same day/within hours). Ability to report to our Playa Del Rey office during the week.
