Program Analyst

Summary You will serve as a Lead Program Analyst at PMA-226 of FLTREADCEN EAST. Duties You will assist in development of process improvements to improve product cycle times. You will produce cost and schedule performance information and facilitates integration of cost and schedule performance information and technical performance indicators. You will ensure that program milestones established provide adequate time and resources for implementation by contractors, field activities and participating government agencies. You will translate program guidance into policy direction and provides assistance to the team or program office staff, team members and leadership. You will make evaluative analyses of all aspects of the projects/programs including objectives, policies, work operations, progress, resources utilization, intra and inter-program balances and related matters. Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes. This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
