Salesforce Developer and Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer and Administrator for a contract role focused on managing and enhancing a Workforce solution built on the Salesforce platform. The candidate will be responsible for system stability, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and supporting critical workforce operations through effective Salesforce configuration and APEX development. Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, update, and maintain Salesforce forms.
• Configure and maintain field level security and validations on forms.
• Develop and maintain APEX code to support business requirements.
• Manage user profiles and service accounts within Salesforce.
• Optimize and write efficient SOQL queries, including cross-table queries.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and status reporting.
• Work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform administration and development.
• Proficient in APEX development.
• Experience with SOQL query optimization and management.
• Ability to manage Salesforce forms, field level security, and validations.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience managing Salesforce user profiles and service accounts.
• Prior experience supporting workforce or HR-related Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications.

Special Considerations:

• Contract position with a 12-month duration and option to extend.
• Must be able to work on-site in Oklahoma City for 2 days per week.
• Remote work permitted for 3 days per week.

Scheduling:

• Hybrid schedule: 2 days on-site and 3 days remote per week.
