We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our residential framing team in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will prepare framing material takeoffs, labor estimates, and manage construction plan revisions while collaborating with office staff and field Superintendents.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential construction estimating experience who enjoys working with construction plans, material takeoffs, and collaborating with both office and field teams.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare framing material takeoffs and labor estimates for residential construction projects.

• Review and manage plan revisions, redlines, and updates throughout project execution.

• Create and maintain custom and model options for projects.

• Prepare and print construction plans as needed.

• Coordinate with office staff and field Superintendents to resolve project discrepancies.

• Perform data entry, maintain project documentation, and support general office operations.
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1-2 years of estimating, construction, or related experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data/document management.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
