Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site with possibility of hybrid Employment Litigation Attorney role based in West Palm Beach, FL. The attorney will be responsible for managing and litigating a variety of employment-related cases. Primary responsibilities include drafting and responding to motions, preparing for and conducting depositions, representing clients in court proceedings, and collaborating with team members to develop effective case strategies. This role requires strong legal acumen, excellent case management skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court
• Experience handling employment cases is required
• Demonstrated experience with dispositive motions and discovery management
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Florida employment statutes and civil procedure
• Active membership in the Florida Bar, or ability to obtain admission promptly
• Active membership in the California Bar, or open to obtaining

Salary: $175,000.00-$215,000.00+ DOE
