Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities by enhancing their daily quality of life. Duties include assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, community participation supports, and other supportive tasks that help create a safe and comfortable living environment. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and dependable. Sign-on bonus and referral bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing

• Support mobility, walking, and simple physical therapy exercises

• Prepare meals and snacks

• Perform light housekeeping tasks

• Dispense or remind clients to take medication

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with errands and shopping

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, DSP, or similar role preferred

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Basic cooking and housekeeping skills

• Ability to follow all health and safety guidelines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and support clients as needed
