As a Grill Cook , you're the flavor hero behind every craveable bite. You’ll prepare grilled proteins with precision, passion, and pride—while keeping our kitchen clean, safe, and flowing smoothly. Whether you're firing up the grill, slicing fresh ingredients, or helping your teammates, you’ll live out the Aloha Spirit and bring great energy to every shift.

Responsibilities:

• Grill and prepare proteins to perfection while following Hawaiian Bros recipes and food safety standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment—because good vibes start with good habits.

• Communicate clearly and kindly with your team to keep the flow smooth and the orders hot.

• Keep cool under pressure—especially during peak hours—while staying focused on quality.

• Support teammates across all kitchen roles, including prep, dish, and bagging, when needed.
