Join our MAHLE team! #StrongerTogether Your Contribution As a Financial Controller (m/f/d), you support the economic management of our plant and actively contribute to all relevant controlling processes Operational controlling in SAP – comprehensively for all relevant plant areas Participation in monthly and annual financial statements, including preparation and analysis Preparation of quotation and post-calculations as well as support in production controlling Contribution to short- and medium-term business planning and budgeting Preparation of internal and external reports and active further development of our Power BI–based reporting system Support with investment calculations and business evaluations Analysis of deviations and proactive coordination with the responsible departments Your Experience and Qualifications Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study – ideally with a focus on digitalization Initial professional experience in controlling is desirable Knowledge of planning processes in industrial companies is an advantage High affinity for programming languages, especially VBA and DAX (Power BI) Structured, independent, and systematic working style as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness Interest in production processes and their economic evaluation Flexibility, commitment, and enthusiasm for new challenges Very good knowledge of SAP CO/FI, SAP BW, and MS Office (especially Excel) Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken #TeamMAHLE is diverse and we see that as a great advantage!
