What You’ll Do Maintain brand cleanliness standards for both guest rooms and public areas and inspect them to ensure that standards are met. Train staff in all aspects of housekeeping including guest service. Administer guest satisfaction inspection procedures and report. Plan work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests. Personally demonstrate a commitment to guest service by responding promptly to guests’ needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest. Empower hotel staff to deliver great guest service by encouraging responsiveness to guests’ needs. Ensure housekeepers know responsibilities and manage against those responsibilities. Recognize and correct conditions which may create security, fire or accident hazards. Skills, Education, And Experience Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred. Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work. Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
