If you’re an experienced Accounts Payable professional who knows Spectrum software and can confidently manage detailed credit card activity, this opportunity could be a great fit. You’ll take ownership of important AP processes while joining an established organization that values accuracy, organization, and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable activity while ensuring transactions are accurate and properly supported
• Reconcile company credit card activity and track down missing receipts or discrepancies
• Research payment and account issues to determine the cause and bring outstanding items to resolution
• Maintain organized AP records and help ensure information is accurately captured within the accounting system
• Partner with employees and internal teams to gather documentation and keep payments moving on schedule

Qualifications and Requirements : 

• 2+ years of strong accounts payable experience
• Hands-on Spectrum software experience
• Significant experience managing credit card receipts and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
