You’ll help customers discover products they’ll love while also helping us grow our brand through creative marketing and fresh ideas. Your responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service Learning our products and confidently making recommendations Creating Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content Taking product photos and short-form videos Designing graphics in Canva Helping plan promotions, events, and community partnerships Keeping the store looking clean, organized, and inviting Working alongside the owner to help grow the business Who We’re Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Love creating fun content for social media Have a positive attitude and enjoy talking with people Notice problems and solve them Are dependable and show up ready to work Want to learn marketing, retail, & sales Retail experience is great. Marketing experience is great. Neither is required if you have the right attitude and are willing to learn.
