Seeking skilled foreman with experience in the following areas: Paver Patios Retaining Walls Outdoor Kitchens & Fire Features Natural Stone Work Outdoor Lighting Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Other requirements: Previous industry experience Portfolio/Photo Gallery of previous projects ICPI, NCMA, & other industry-related certifications (preferred but not required) Ability to lead hardscape installations and manage job-sites using: Excavators & Track Machines Laser Transits Plate & Roller Compactors Tablet Computers Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with immediate openings. Annual pay scale ranges from 55k-70k and is based on previous experience, performance, and work ethic. Other benefits include: 401k with Employer Match Health Insurance Dental & Vision Packages Paid Vacation Performance Bonus Program Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
