Description Summary: Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a Processing Lead to join our fast-paced operations team. This individual will oversee and coordinate daily operations within the processing area while fostering a culture of safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and knowledgeable, ensuring efficient and effective processing operations. The Processing Lead will supervise employees, enforce safety standards, monitor company equipment, verify inspections and tool check-outs using company software, and maintain clean workspaces. This role is also responsible for training new hires and ensuring adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP’s). Requirements Location: 110 W. Qualifications: Punctual, reliable, and professional Knowledge of auto and truck parts Strong communication and leadership skills Follows safety and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) Uses company equipment safely and properly Maintains high standards of work quality, reliability, and teamwork Self-starter with problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy Proficient with company software to complete, verify, and record tasks, including inspections and tool check-outs Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Promote a safe, clean, and helpful work culture Assign and monitor tasks for employees, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards Assist with training new hires and lead implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP’s) Use company software to support and carry out processing operations, including verifying inspections and tool check-outs Complete shift reports, document progress, and communicate status updates Ensure all company equipment is maintained, inspected, and fully operational Maintain clean work areas and equipment Adhere to the dress code and company uniform policies Communicate respectfully and clearly with all team members and attend employee meetings Promptly address and report any issues related to staff, inventory, equipment, or operations Support efficient processing operations through effective leadership Manage change effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle unexpected challenges Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision insurance after 90 days 401(k) with company matching after one year of employment Paid time off after 90 days 9 paid working holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
