Certification Requirement: BLS

Professional Knowledge and Skills Aseptic Technique Instrument Processing assembly/wrap equipment documentation
Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT): Direct Laryngoscopy Laparoscopic assisted cases Radical neck dissection Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy Tracheostomy
ENDOSCOPIC PROCEDURES Bronchoscopy Colonoscopy EGD Laparoscopic assisted cases Peg tube placement/exchange
GENERAL SURGERY Appendectomy Cholecystectomy Colon resection - Open/LAP Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical Laparoscopic assisted procedures Thyroidectomy partial/total Whipple
Gynecology Abdominal hysterectomy Anterior/Posterior repair Bilateral tubal ligation Dilation & Curettage Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures
Neuro Surgery Anterior cervical fusion Craniotomy Laminectomy/discectomy Lumbar fusion ALIF XLIF Kyphoplasty
ORTHOPEDIC Closed/Open reduction of fractures Laminectomy/discectomy Laparoscopic assisted cases Spinal Fusion Total knee replacement Total hip replacement
