AlphaBEST Education Site Director (Full or Part-time) ***HIRING BONUS OF $500.00 *****Location: Eyestone Elementary School; 4000 Wilson Ave, Wellington, CO 80549Looking for a leadership role that fits around the school day?AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day.For those with experience supporting students, the Site Director role offers the opportunity to lead a meaningful before- and after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentFeels confident taking the lead and running a smooth programTakes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experience Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentationOversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectationsBuild a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standardsMake child safety the top priority at all timesMaintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspectionsTrack and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirementsSupervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are metRepresent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community eventsBuild strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student successThis role is ideal for educators with experience in:Teaching or classroom leadershipYouth programsStaff supervision or team leadership Schedule: No Weekends! Monday-Friday. The Site Director is expected to report to their site from 6:15 am until school begins, and from 15 minutes before school is released until 6:15 pm. The Site Director may also have time in between sessions for additional work.Here's what you'll need:Must meet one of the following qualifications per CO licensing regulations:completed a bachelor's degree (in a related field, such as recreation, outdoor education, elementary or early childhood education, or a subject in the human service field)2 years of college education and 3 months (455 hours) of *satisfactory and verifiable experience3 years of *satisfactory and verifiable experience, along with 6+ semester hours or college education, OR 40 clock hours of training in coursework applicable to school-age children. * Satisfactory and verifiable experience must have occurred after you were 18 years or older and must be for the care/supervision of children 4 years or olderCurrent Early Childhood Professional Credential Level II, version 3.0Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsMust be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulationsPay & Benefits:$20.25 - $23.25 per hour (depending on education)Full-time benefits, including health, dental, vision, disability benefits, retirement, life, and paid time off, are availableEmployee referral program AB Ascend program - paid college coursesDeep discounts on program tuition for dependents As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll be trained to do the following:Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.Provide a caring, family-oriented environment at your program site that fosters positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school.Together, let's put more wonder in the world!AlphaBEST is an Equal Opportunity Employer
