Position Summary… What you’ll do… Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties to associates communicating goals andfeedback training associates on processes and procedures providing direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches andtechniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines ensuring compliance with company policies andprocedures supporting the Open Door Policy and participating in recruiting hiring scheduling promoting coaching and evaluating associatesMaintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps following procedures for forklift spotting andhandling and disposing of hazardous materials following company steel standard guidelines and correcting and reporting unsafe situations tomanagementSupports the Sams Club ecommerce plan in the club by overseeing operations of the ecommerce programs for example Club Pick Up Ship FromClub etc auditing online customer feedback working to resolve customer complaints and escalating unresolved issues to management andidentifying
