Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper

At 1st Lake Properties, we are a dynamic and well established property management company focused on delivering exceptional service and value to our residents. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to join our finance team.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily accounts receivable functions for residential and commercial propertiesProcess rent payments, post transactions, and reconcile accountsMonitor delinquencies in line with company policiesPrepare monthly AR reports and assist with financial auditsEnsure compliance with state, local, and internal financial regulations2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in property management or real estateProficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred)Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plusWhy Join Us?Competitive payOpportunities for career growth and advancementComprehensive benefits (health, dental, 401k, etc.)Fun, team-oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
