Production Scheduler

Reports To: General Manager

Position Summary

The Production Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing daily and weekly production schedules to ensure efficient workflow, on-time delivery, and effective resource utilization across GinSan’s manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and adjust production schedules based on customer orders, inventory, and capacity.
Coordinate scheduling for multiple product lines to balance workloads and minimize bottlenecks.
Monitor production progress and update schedules to address delays or changes in priorities.
Maintain accurate schedule data within ERP systems.
Track and report KPIs such as schedule adherence, lead times, and capacity utilization.
Identify scheduling inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
Analyze production delays and support corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

Experience in production scheduling, materials planning, and/or job shop coordination.
Strong Familiarity with ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow.
Familiarity with Plex ERP system.
Experience in a custom or high-mix/low-volume production environment.
Proficiency in Excel or other data-analysis tools.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 plus bonus
