Lead Teller & Client Experience Coach

KeyBank is seeking a Lead Teller to act as a trusted advisor within our Tacoma branch. You will be the primary troubleshooter for complex client service needs, coach tellers, and ensure day-to-day teller scheduling and branch compliance. You will help observe client interactions and guide the team to deliver distinctive service in branch.
