Live-In Couple Houseparents for Student Homes

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique role, couples live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. The position requires nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role.
