Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing position in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care across multiple inpatient medical-surgical units, including telemetry units, with an emphasis on clinical judgment, independent function, and adherence to hospital policies. Responsibilities include floating between units as needed, maintaining high standards of patient safety, and demonstrating proficiency in electronic health records.

Job Details:

• Certifications Required: BLS, NIHHS (ACLS and TNCC preferred).
• Education / Degree Requirements / Location / Experience: Valid nursing license with a minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS and TNCC certifications.
• Additional Information: Nurses must be comfortable floating between multiple units. Strong EPIC proficiency required. Compliance with all facility policies, including attendance, documentation standards, and medication safety protocols, is expected.
