Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse position is located in Carmel, Indiana. This role involves providing essential nursing care for mothers and babies during the delivery process in a high-acuity, Level III Labor and Delivery unit. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m., with weekends and holidays based on unit needs
• Location: Carmel, IN

• Minimum Experience: 0 years of experience required
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, ability to work full-time on nights shift, no minimum experience requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in obstetrics or high-acuity maternal care is a plus
• Additional Information: The environment offers a fast-paced, high-acuity setting with interdisciplinary collaboration and adherence to staffing standards. The unit includes eight Labor and Delivery beds, two Operating Rooms, and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, supporting approximately 250 deliveries per month. The hospital is recognized as a High Performing Hospital for Maternity Care in 2026.
