Property Maintenance Technician: Grounds, Make-Ready & Pools
RPM Living
RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general property maintenance, cleaning of interior/exterior common areas, basic landscaping, and make-ready tasks. Responsibilities include trash removal, power washing, pool care, and on-call support to address maintenance issues. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (HVAC/CPO preferred) and 1+ year in maintenance or related fields.
