divh2UH St. John Nursing Position/h2p3 North (3N) is made up of 30 private telemetry beds. 3 North is 30 inpatient beds which is unique to our Medicare Designated Hospital setting. Being the largest inpatient unit at UH St. John, we care for higher acuity patients and have a longer length of stay./ppProvides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status./ppWhat You Will Do/pulliImplements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care./liliDemonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes./liliDemonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations./liliDevelops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing./liliDisplays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes./li/ulpAdditional Responsibilities/pulliPerforms other duties as assigned./liliComplies with all policies and standards./liliFor specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation./liliMust abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
