HR Training & Onboarding Specialist

Town of Addison

The Town of Addison is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator responsible for overseeing town-wide training initiatives, managing employee recognition programs, and supporting recruitment activities. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields and at least two years of HR experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva.
