Operations Specialist 3

As an Operations Specialist 3 Sourcer (Medical Warehouse), you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right products are sourced, tracked, and delivered, supporting both our internal teams and healthcare providers in real time. This is a step-up role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll act as a central point of coordination for inventory flow, logistics, and urgent operational needs. Responsibilities Coordinate and source products for surgeries and medical procedures Manage the flow of inventory between sites, customers, and internal teams Optimize delivery routes and logistics for efficiency and timeliness Track and monitor inventory movement, ensuring accuracy at all times Troubleshoot and resolve inventory or delivery issues quickly and effectively Partner with sales and operations teams to prioritize urgent case needs Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners Ensure all work meets company standards, including HIPAA and privacy regulations Stay up to date on product knowledge, inventory systems, and processes Why Join RX Medical?
