Reporting to the Director of Mountain Operations & Facilities, this role leads teams responsible for **lift operations and winter snow tubing operations**, ensuring operational excellence, strong team performance, and best-in-class guest experience.The **Mountain Operations Manager** drives operational execution while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture and maintaining strong safety and compliance standards.
